1. What this is
PoolComply provides general information to help NSW pool owners prepare for a pool barrier inspection: a self-inspection checklist, failure guides, and admin walkthroughs. It is not legal advice, it is not certification, and it issues no certificates of compliance.
2. Purchase and delivery
The pack is a digital product: A$29 one-time (AUD, GST incl.), delivered to your email after purchase. No subscription, no renewals.
3. Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee: a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. After the 7-day period, no change-of-mind refunds. ACL consumer guarantees apply.
Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
4. Currency
Content is reviewed against published NSW requirements each quarter, and buyers receive updates free for 12 months. Requirements can change at any time: the legislation itself prevails, and the official inspection must be done by an accredited certifier or your council.
5. Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for inspection outcomes, certification decisions, or costs arising from reliance on this general information.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
